Eye Clinic Uk Laser Eye Surgery 'problems'?

Laser Eye Surgery 'problems'? - eye clinic uk

I) had laser treatment (LASIK) in 1999 in Chester (United Kingdom. I called the clinic (clinic and Cardiff in the last few years) until today (after almost 10 years). I) had further treatment for my right eye in 2005 (wave, which aggravated my view.
After 10 years without improvement of many visits to the clinic Hyper Beam, I wonder whether he can be legal advice (which was recommended by a friend to do a few years ago). I am happy to discuss the scope of side effects in my personal e-mail, if you give me your e-mail.
I guess my question is in 2 parts: 1 - You think I should consider legal action? and 2 - other advice you have for me?

Thank you very much for your time!

I can not imagine that you have a disclaimer at the beginning with the full knowledge of everything that goes wrong sign should read - to see what rights you have in place before trial

First,
Get all the files that LASIK was performed. This is very important. After making copies of documents on its own. Then make an appointment with a renowned surgeon (ophthalmologist) better if a specialist in the cornea. Upon appointment, the files are copied to your office and ask to verify, before he sees you. View the cornea specialist and take notes. Depends on what you should say, then you seek the advice of lawyers.

Spend £ 3O or location and is a lawyer who will tell you if you find a case or not, in one respect a "no win no fee to do" to have to gather all the paperwork with you when you see them , the only thing that 10 years is a long time, I believe, chasing 1 the other and close ranks when the investigation is initiated. As the worth a try.

Hello,

Firstly, I work in the industry and through a series of cases that, like you seem to have disappeared. Much depends on what you are looking for. Ideally, I suppose you think that is your vision improves with an adequate level of all other interests. It does not help, back in the hospital, you have been assessed or treated to improve their vision and, if possible.

Secondly, you're probably looking for some form of compensation. Sometimes an action is sufficient to extract some kind of compensation. But not in most cases. To search for any type of action to find a surgeon who is willing not only to see its current state, but also willing to say that their initial treatments have been negligent.

If the result can be proved negligent or attention, not an unfortunate result, then it is unlikely to find favor. The consent to most forms of surgery to cover eventualities to a result not expected toSeconds because she had signed the document during the approval process to a doctor, not a lot of ground under their feet. Your only option would be to prove the negligence of some kind during their preparation for operational / generator or after surgery.

First, I recommend you consult a doctor if in private practice or operate a small unit overlooking NHS evaluate the current state of their eyes. I suggest one of the following methods: Moorfields St George or the Hearing Center, East Grinstead.

Best regards
