Protein Powder for Women? - protein powder for women

I read in some magazines that women should be protein powder in our daily diet. I am a little skeptical because I see what protein powder good, if it receives a large number of proteins in foods we eat.

What are your thoughts on the protein powder for women and the brands do you recommend?

Thank you!

Avoid nutrition "women's magazines." At least take everything with a grain of salt or two. However, men and women must actively about 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight, and is not always easy to obtain through foods.

The protein powder is used as an additional source of protein in order.

There's absolutely no difference between men and women are protein-protein drink. I would be very skeptical about what brought on the market as "protein powder for women." I think it was poor quality for double the price to be honest.

Whey, casein and whey + powdered egg proteins are the best. Avoid fortified soy beverages if you thyroid or thyroid problems are, whether in the family, such as soy is bad for the thyroid gland.
